3️⃣ Our Review

Now for the long-awaited tasting review!

I tried the Egg Tart and Mentaiko Baguette.

Egg Tart

The combination of crunchy outside and moist inside was perfect!

The pastry itself was firm and had a nice crunchy texture.

The custard filling was smooth and sweet, but not too heavy, which made me want to keep eating.

Mentaiko Baguette

The salty flavour of the pollock roe seeped into the bread, making it a perfect match for the savoury baguette.

However, I think it would have been better if the bread was freshly baked and warm.

📌 TIP : Try the pollock roe baguette while it’s still fresh!

One line summary : If you like baked goods & pastries, I highly recommend visiting!

Bread quality is GOOD! : especially baked goods and tarts
